About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team at Riverland Reply. As a key member of our IT and DevOps team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions to drive business growth and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Cloud Infrastructure: Develop and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using modern open-source frameworks and tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, and Kubernetes.
  • Lead DevOps Team: Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to design and implement innovative features and solutions.
  • Coach and Mentor Team Members: Provide guidance and support to junior engineers and team members to help them grow and develop their skills.
  • Implement and Enforce Standards: Work with the team to implement and enforce technical standards and best practices.
  • Develop Technical Concepts and Documentation: Create technical concepts and documentation to support the development and implementation of solutions.

  • Education and Experience: Hold a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field, and have at least 4 years of experience in IT and DevOps, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in CI/CD development.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to think creatively and offer innovative solutions.
  • Language Skills: Speak fluent German and English.
