Your responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing, executing, and managing cold construction projects
  • Conducting routine maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on refrigeration systems
  • Consulting with clients on appropriate refrigeration solutions
  • Leading and coordinating teams of technicians
  • Managing procurement and distribution of materials
  • Engaging in installation planning and administrative duties
Qualifications:
  • Certification in refrigeration technology
  • Preferably a technician, master, or degree in supply technology (e.g., HVAC systems, facility management, etc.)
  • Experience in project and construction management is advantageous
  • Initial leadership experience and a valid B driver's license
  • A positive, dependable individual with excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
