AufgabenbereichIn der Position als Senior IT Support Specialist im Bereich INOC (Infrastructure & Network Operation Center) sind Sie der erste Ansprechpartner für alle Anfragen von internen und externen Kunden. Sie bearbeiten eine Vielzahl von technischen Anfragen, die sich auf die Rechenzentrumsinfrastruktur, Netzwerke und interne IT beziehen. Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen:
- Qualifizierung, Beantwortung und Lösung von Anfragen über verschiedene Kommunikationskanäle unter Verwendung unserer Wissensdatenbank.
- Weiterleitung komplexer Anfragen an die entsprechenden 2nd-Level-Teams, wenn erforderlich.
- Nachverfolgung von Anfragen durch alle Supportstufen, um die Kundenzufriedenheit sicherzustellen.
- Dokumentation identifizierter Probleme und Lösungen in unserer Wissensdatenbank zur Förderung des Wissensaustauschs im Team.
- Unterstützung der internen IT bei verschiedenen Aufgaben, einschließlich Client-Rollouts.
- Mitwirkung an der Identifikation und Umsetzung von Lösungen, die in das INOC verlagert werden können.
- Übernahme von projektspezifischen Aufgaben oder Teilprojektleitungen, abhängig von Ihrer Erfahrung.
Erforderliche Qualifikationen:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, z.B. als Fachinformatiker, Elektroniker oder IT-Systemkaufmann/-frau, oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen.
- Offenheit für Quereinsteiger mit relevanten Fähigkeiten.
- Technisches Interesse und Affinität zu Themen im Rechenzentrumsumfeld.
- Starke Kunden- und Serviceorientierung.
- Ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten und hohe Kundenorientierung.
- Fähigkeit, in herausfordernden Situationen ruhig und besonnen zu agieren.
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Hohe Lernbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative.
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit, wenn erforderlich.
Wünschenswerte Qualifikationen:
- Praktische Erfahrung im IT Helpdesk oder Network Operation Center.
- Kenntnisse in technischer Dokumentation und Prozessgestaltung.
