As a Principal Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our technological trajectory, driving innovation and growth. You will have the chance to work with the latest AI-based developer tools, such as ChatGPT and GitHub Copilot, and contribute to the development of outstanding products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development of our engineering practices, focusing on accelerating build times and innovating our testing strategies.
- Shape the future architecture of our product, laying the foundation for scalable and robust solutions.
- Guide the team towards industry-standard tech choices, ensuring reliable and time-tested solutions.
- Contribute to the development of outstanding products and services, leveraging the latest AI-based developer tools.
- Passion for motivating and exciting other engineers, acting as a beacon of inspiration within the team.
- Ability to demystify complex topics, ensuring clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bias towards industry-standard tech choices, guiding the team towards reliable and time-tested solutions.
- Confidence in moving between tech stacks, centered around AWS and Java, but also contributing to Frontend and Mobile.
