Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Finanzberater für unseren Bereich Capital Markets. Als Vice President werden Sie Teil unseres Corporate Finance Teams und werden sich auf die Beratung internationaler Investorenprozesse im Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) und Venture & Growth Capital (VGC) Bereich spezialisieren.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Beratung von Kunden und Investoren bei Unternehmenstransaktionen
  • Aktive Teilnahme an Kunden- und Investorengesprächen sowie Akquisitionstätigkeiten
  • Unterstützung bei der Auswahl, Ansprache und Betreuung von Investoren
  • Prozess- und Investorenmanagement, einschließlich Koordination des Due Diligence-Prozesses in Abstimmung mit dem Teamleiter
  • Unterstützung bei der Transaktionsstrukturierung und den Vertragsverhandlungen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Teamleiter sowie den begleitenden Anwälten
  • Erstellung von Vermarktungsunterlagen (Pitch Deck, Informationsmemorandum, Management Präsentation)
  • Entwicklung von Finanzmodellen, Durchführung von Finanzanalysen und Unternehmensbewertungen
  • Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
  • Unterstützung beim Target Screening und Vorbereitung von Akquisitionsunterlagen
  • Anleitung und Coaching jüngerer Kollegen bei der Bearbeitung von Arbeitspaketen
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Corporate Finance Bereichen sowie weiteren Bereichen unseres Bankhauses
Was Sie benötigen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Universitätsstudium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften (BWL oder VWL), Auslandsstation ist von Vorteil
  • 4+ Jahre Berufserfahrung im Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, M&A oder Venture Capital
  • Einschlägige Transaktionserfahrung bei Unternehmenstransaktionen, Erfahrungen im Prozess- und Investorenmanagement sind von Vorteil
  • Hohes Interesse und Expertise im Private Equity und/oder Venture Capital
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Financial Modeling Erfahrungen
  • Ein hohes Maß an Eigenständigkeit, Strukturiertheit, Engagement und "hands-on" Mentalität
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Hervorragende Kenntnisse in MS Office-Programmen, zusätzliche Erfahrungen mit Transaktionstools sind von Vorteil
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
