Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen erfahrenen Konstruktionsingenieur – EWIS für FTI (m/w/d) zur Festanstellung bei K-tronik GmbH. Wenn Sie an einer spannenden Herausforderung interessiert sind, freuen wir uns auf Ihre Bewerbung.

Verantwortlichkeiten:
  • Unterstützung bei den Konstruktionsaktivitäten im Bereich EWIS für FTI, einschließlich der Entwicklung von Kabelbäumen, Baugruppen und Komponenten
  • Erstellung von 2D-Konstruktionszeichnungen, Schaltplänen, Verdrahtungsdiagrammen und Definitionen für Kabelbäume
  • Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams zur Sicherstellung qualitativ hochwertiger Designs
  • Mitwirkung an der Optimierung der EWIS- und FTI-Prozesse, Richtlinien und Werkzeuge
Anforderungen:
  • Abschluss in einem relevanten Ingenieurfach, wie Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau oder Physik
  • Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Luft- und Raumfahrtindustrie
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Part 21J Entwicklungsorganisation
  • Erfahrung im Design von elektrischen Kabelbäumen und Routing im Luftfahrtkontext
  • Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von 2D-Zeichnungssoftware wie Capital Graphics und NX
  • Nachweisbare Fähigkeiten zur Integration von Design- und Fertigungsmethoden in Produktkonzepte
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Kabelbaumverlegung und der Installationsrichtlinien (z.B. Redundanz, Abtrennungen, Schutzvorrichtungen)
  • Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit PDM/PLM-Systemen (Teamcenter oder vergleichbar)
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich; Kenntnisse in weiteren Sprachen sind von Vorteil
  • Wünschenswert sind Kenntnisse in 3D-Zeichnungssoftware wie NX
  • Vertrautheit mit Normen und Spezifikationen der Luft- und Raumfahrt wie AC43.13-1B, ATA Kapitel 20, ATA 100, S1000D, ARP4754A und DO160
  • Erfahrung im Design von Instrumenten und Routing im Luftfahrtbereich
