Regionalleiter Retail für den Raum Ingolstadt (m/w/d)

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Führungskraft, der unsere Filialen in Ingolstadt erfolgreich leitet.

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Verantwortung für 8-10 Filialen in Ihrem Bezirk
  • Führen und Motivieren Ihrer Teams in den Filialen (zw. 200- 300 Mitarbeiter)
  • Umsetzung von Vertriebskonzepten in den Filialen in Ihrem Bezirk
  • Kundennahe Begleitung des Verkaufsgeschehens in den Filialen
  • Steuerung von verschiedenen Abläufen in den Filialen
  • Controlling der Betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen
Ihr Profil:
  • 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Handel (bevorzugt Discount)
  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (Handelsfachwirt etc.)
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative kombiniert mit einer guten Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und eine hohe Lern- sowie Leistungsbereitschaft
  • Führungs- und Motivationstalent kombiniert mit sozialer Kompetenz
  • Sie sind analytisch, organisatorisch und zielorientiert
