About Us
Lidl in Deutschland is a leading retail company that values quality and customer safety. As a Quality Assurance Manager - Business Partner NonFood, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high quality of our NonFood products.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including Einkäufer, Inspektionen, Analytik, and interne Produktprüfung teams.
- Collaborate with Einkäufer to identify and implement quality and sustainability initiatives.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Develop and implement process improvements to optimize product quality.
- Communicate with external partners, including NGOs and Lieferanten, to ensure quality and sustainability standards are met.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Chemie, Textiltechnologie, Textilmanagement, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
