We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team at INSTATEC GmbH. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead and manage technical projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions

• 5+ years of experience in a technical project management role, preferably in the HVAC industry
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including design, installation, and maintenance
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
