(Senior) Financial Controlling Manager / Comprehensive Bank Management (m/f/d)

Together with your team from the Technology & Finance Cluster, you will advise our clients in the financial sector on the advancement of risk modeling approaches, risk management, regulatory compliance, and transformations in accounting and corporate governance.

Your Responsibilities

  • As a (Senior) Financial Controlling Manager / Comprehensive Bank Management (m/f/d), you will provide consultancy to our clients in the banking industry regarding strategic and operational issues.
  • You will assist in the professional advisory of complex topics related to profit accounting, planning, reporting, and comprehensive bank management while driving digital transformation.
  • Additionally, you will coordinate and support the implementation of the aforementioned areas in collaboration with our colleagues from Technology & Finance Consulting.
  • You will lead teams as a (partial) project manager and serve as a point of contact for clients on-site.
  • Current finance topics such as S/4HANA implementations, ESG, fintechs, management dashboards, blockchain, and artificial intelligence will be part of your interests.
  • You will hold a supervisory role and manage personnel.
  • Various acquisition tasks will also fall within your scope of responsibilities.
Your Profile
  • To become a (Senior) Financial Controlling Manager / Comprehensive Bank Management (m/f/d) with us, you should possess a solid academic background in economics, business administration, information systems, or industrial engineering. A doctorate or professional examinations are appreciated but not mandatory.
  • You have extensive experience in advising banks, ideally in the fields of financial controlling, comprehensive bank management, or integrated planning.
  • Moreover, you have accumulated several years of experience in leading teams and projects within finance, controlling, and/or comprehensive bank management.
  • Your high analytical skills, creativity, communication strength, and client-oriented approach distinguish you.
  • Ideally, you have substantial experience in developing client relationships and acquiring projects.
  • Fluent German and English language skills are essential.
  • Your willingness to travel extensively rounds off your qualifications.
