Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at SAN-Aktiv Homecare. As a Medical Assistant - Compression Therapy Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing ambulatory compression therapy to our patients at home, advising and instructing patients, and monitoring therapy progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accompany patients in home settings or nursing homes following hospital discharge with prescribed therapy.
  • Advise patients, doctors, relatives, and caregivers in selecting the most suitable aids.
  • Work closely with doctors, relatives, and caregivers to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Regular visits to partner nursing services, patients, and relatives to support in Homecare provision.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new care concepts.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced wound care services.
  • Prevent bedsore development through proactive measures.
  • Administer compression therapy to patients.
  • Supply aids to support patient mobility.

Requirements:

  • Medical Assistant (MFA) certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Business acumen and entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliability, flexibility, and a neat appearance.
  • No fear of technology.
  • Class B driver's license.
