Sales Executive for Property Solutions

Position Overview:

At Turno, we are dedicated to revolutionizing the short-term rental industry since 2016. Our innovative SaaS platform and mobile applications deliver comprehensive property technology solutions that streamline and enhance short-term rental turnovers. With a diverse team of over 150 professionals across multiple countries, we connect hosts with qualified local cleaning services through our extensive Cleaner Marketplace, which includes more than 55,000 independent cleaning experts globally. We are looking for a motivated individual to contribute to our dynamic environment that prioritizes creativity, collaboration, and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand and enhance Turno's footprint in the UK and Germany markets.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with short-term rental hosts and cleaning service providers.
  • Assess client requirements and deliver customized solutions to achieve their goals.
  • Engage with warm leads through calls and emails to boost new sign-up conversions.
  • Identify and recruit new cleaning professionals for our marketplace.
  • Act as the representative voice of our customers, providing valuable insights for internal improvements.
  • Collaborate with the existing account management team on strategic projects.
  • Support Product and Quality Assurance Teams as needed.
  • Assist with Customer Support responsibilities when required.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor actions to uncover new business prospects.

Qualifications:

  • Residence in Australia or New Zealand is required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in vacation rental management or software solutions.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience is essential.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the short-term rental technology sector.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven track record in building and sustaining client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is advantageous.
  • Self-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • Fluency in English and German is mandatory.

Compensation:

Competitive salary plus commission structure.

  • Full-time remote position.
