Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as a service expert for all technical and service-related escalations concerning robotics products and automated systems within the region.
  • Serve as a liaison between the service organization and internal sales, project realization, central corporate functions, and suppliers.
  • Support the local service network in addressing complex issues and customer escalations through remote diagnostics, phone support, or on-site visits.
  • Assist trainers within the local service organization in delivering technical training sessions.
  • Participate in and support the handover to service and final acceptance processes during project realization.
  • Coordinate and monitor warranty claims, providing technical assessments as needed.

Your Qualifications:

  • Possess an electrical engineering qualification with additional certification (e.g., state-certified technician) or a completed degree in fields such as industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, robotics, or computer science.
  • Prior experience in programming (C, C++, Matlab) is desirable.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm for working with autonomous industrial machinery and their systems.
  • Experience in process automation (e.g., workflows, software) is advantageous.
  • A valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel (primarily within the region) are essential, with travel expectations of at least 50%.
  • Strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for knowledge sharing are crucial.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is required.
