About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Engineer to join our team as a Performance Electronics Specialist. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative, customer-specific power electronics components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new power electronics designs, including high-voltage components and systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, to ensure successful project execution
  • Ensure compliance with quality, cost, and schedule targets
  • Work closely with customers and suppliers to resolve technical issues and optimize product performance
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including qualification of alternative components and reliability calculations
  • Support technical discussions with customers and suppliers, leveraging your expertise in power electronics and high-voltage systems
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in power electronics development, including high-voltage components and systems
  • Strong knowledge of power electronics, including switching power supplies, motor drives, and power conversion
  • Experience with simulation tools, such as SPICE or equivalent
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including safety and reliability requirements
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
