As a DevOps Engineer API Platform Operations, you will be part of a dynamic team that drives the development and operation of our API platforms, ensuring the reliable delivery of over 400 million packages annually.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will be a key member of our agile DevOps Product Team, responsible for the design, development, testing, and operation of solutions that drive business value.
  • Within your T-Shaped role, you will analyze, design, develop, test, and operate solutions that automate and optimize new and existing processes.
  • You will work in a cloud-native environment, leveraging Azure, Kubernetes, Microservices, Docker, CI/CD, Terraform, PostgreSQL databases, and Grafana.
  • Your focus will be on developing infrastructure on Azure and ensuring the smooth operation of the entire product, including on-premise components such as Glassfish, MySQL, and Apache ESB.
  • You will bring new technologies, methods, and process improvements to your team, ensuring quality and engagement.
  • You will document your work and systems in ticketing and knowledge platforms, ensuring product transparency and quality.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree in IT or equivalent qualifications.
  • Experience working in agile teams, preferably in a DevOps environment with a T-Shaped approach.
  • Knowledge and experience in defining and implementing operational processes, such as monitoring, backup and recovery, incident and problem management, and infrastructure setup in Azure.
  • Basic knowledge of testing specification and automation, infrastructure development in Azure, and application operation in the cloud or on-premise.
  • Knowledge of common tools in the build process, such as Jira, Maven, GIT/GITLAB, and Gradle.
  • Understanding of IT architecture and security topics, as well as routine work in short innovation cycles in an agile environment, and a responsible and independent working style.
  • Good English language skills in writing and speaking.
