F&B Operations Director

We're seeking a highly skilled Director of F&B Operations to join our team in Berlin Mitte during this exciting time. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in the success of our brand.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including staffing, training, store workflow, and customer satisfaction.
- Training and Development: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by leading comprehensive training and development programs. Ensure all team members meet our high-quality standards while providing growth opportunities and cultivating strong collaboration and teamwork.
- LAP Culture: Be the ambassador of our culture, fostering a positive and motivating environment across all shops. Empower barista teams to embody our values, ensuring a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
- Operational Efficiency: Implement industry-leading operational standards to maximise efficiency in all LAP coffee shops. Drive continuous improvement by optimising processes, managing costs, and ensuring seamless daily operations.
- Customer Operations: Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations. Collaborate with other departments to implement company initiatives and achieve business objectives.
- At least 7 years of operational experience in retail F&B, ideally with a mix of retail food and beverage chains at an international level. Experience in the coffee industry is a significant plus.
- Willingness to occasionally travel to explore new locations and meet with potential partners.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, solution-oriented, and excited to work on the full-cycle of building a start-up, diving into whatever topics need to be done.
- Creative flair and eye for spotting growth opportunities. Ability to ideate, test, and fail fast while working within tight deadlines and budget constraints.
- Fluency in English, with German being a strong plus.
