Your Role and Responsibilities

In this position, you will engage in all tasks associated with the management of returned items and semi-finished or finished products within the warehouse or during transit to/from the production line. Your daily responsibilities will include sorting and organizing materials for storage in accordance with established guidelines. You will also demonstrate your skills by executing various routine tasks following standard operating procedures. The work model for this role is: #onsite. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Coordinating and overseeing the collection of returns from clients in collaboration with transportation providers.
• Unpacking and evaluating returned merchandise, documenting and processing complaints and returns for both import and export. Facilitating internal or, if necessary, external clarifications.
• Managing credit note processing in line with internal policies and arranging subsequent or replacement shipments to clients.
• Conducting plausibility checks (weight comparisons, storage location verifications) based on customer complaints.
• Organizing and sorting materials for storage in compliance with guidelines.
• Performing routine tasks according to established procedures.
• Picking components from inventory for shipment and final packing on pallets.
• Handling boxes and overseeing various other collection, storage, and warehouse operations.

Qualifications for the Role
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and other returns management tools.
  • Experience with SAP ERP, SalesForce, and Babtec is preferred.
  • Some background in reverse logistics is advantageous.
  • Proficient in managing returned goods and addressing related customer complaints.
  • Strong communication skills with customers, forwarders, and feeder factories, along with collaboration with internal sales, quality, and logistics teams to support process enhancements.
  • Commercial training or a proven history in reverse logistics.
  • Fluency in both German and English is required.
