Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hearing Specialist (m/w/d) with Branch Leadership skills to join our team in Heilbronn. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch hearing care services to our customers, while also leading our branch team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive hearing care services to customers, including hearing tests, consultations, and follow-up appointments.

• Lead and manage our branch team to achieve sales targets, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.

• Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to promote our products and services.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and technologies to provide expert advice to customers.
