Supply Chain Management Director

About the Role
The Production Supply Chain Director will be responsible for overseeing the production supply chain at our Marburg location. This includes managing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, as well as the sampling and weighing of raw materials for production. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring the timely execution of the production plan, adhering to all occupational safety and compliance requirements, and meeting budgeted targets, including forecasting and budget planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the production supply chain, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Ensure the timely execution of the production plan, adhering to all occupational safety and compliance requirements.
- Manage the sampling and weighing of raw materials for production.
- Oversee the production process, optimizing personnel requirements and production throughput.
About You
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or scientific field, as well as at least 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnological, or chemical production environment. Strong ERP and MS Office skills are also essential. The successful candidate will be a charismatic and engaged leader, with a proven track record of teamwork and high-quality standards.
