We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead our information security efforts in the DACH region. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our services and protecting our customers' data.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a country-specific information security strategy aligned with our group's objectives and goals
- Design and implement controls to safeguard our services and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Supervise the implementation of security measures for network security, access management, endpoint protection, and cloud security
- Handle security incidents and manage our incident response plan
- Deliver regular reports to the board of directors and senior executives on our information security position
- Technical skills: ability to design, implement, and continually improve cyber security protocols and procedures; stay up-to-date with emerging trends in technology and cyber security
- Soft skills: business acumen, ability to communicate effectively, strong management and leadership skills
- Education and training: degree in engineering, computer science, or similar field; certified or familiar with leading cyber security standards from NIST and ISO
