Your Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive supplier and market assessments on a global scale
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies, policies, and initiatives for assigned products
- Oversee the planning and execution of sourcing events utilizing eSourcing tools and innovative methodologies, including renegotiations and documentation of negotiation outcomes
- Minimize non-traditional or 'maverick' expenditures
- Administer supply agreements and contracts, managing category expenditures while ensuring compliance with contractual terms throughout their lifecycle
- Foster supplier relationships within the procurement category
- Contribute to the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for specific procurement categories
- Support various international sourcing teams across disciplines
- Actively engage in the Global Core Team and collaborate with procurement hubs worldwide.
Your Qualifications
- Over three years of experience in a senior role within strategic purchasing or capital investment procurement
- Strong commercial and technical acumen along with international exposure
- Demonstrated courage and resilience
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, intercultural, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient communication and relationship-building abilities
- Advanced negotiation and problem-solving capabilities
- Analytical decision-making skills
- Solid understanding of business requirements and challenges
- Language proficiency: Fluent in English and German
