As a Service Consultant/Workshop Supervisor at DELLO GRUPPE, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert and specialized guidance to customers regarding the services and offerings of the dealership
  • Customize sales strategies for aftersales services
  • Prepare service orders while considering feasibility, warranty, and unique service options
  • Plan and oversee all maintenance and repair tasks, adhering to high-quality standards
  • Foster customer loyalty and retention while working to grow the customer base
  • Support workshop operations as a supervisor

Your Qualifications:

  • Completed technical training complemented by specific manufacturer certifications
  • Extensive experience in a dealership environment, particularly in aftersales operations
  • Strong service orientation and a genuine enthusiasm for automobiles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; familiarity with CARLO Dealer Management System is advantageous
  • Demonstrated resilience, high performance, eagerness to learn, and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, with a focus on cost efficiency and results
