Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Polier to join our team at STRABAG AG. As a Polier, you will be responsible for preparing and executing construction sites in coordination with the site management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with site management to prepare and execute construction sites.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of construction projects, including the selection of equipment and materials.
  • Ensure the timely completion of construction projects and monitor progress.
  • Plan and manage the use of personnel, equipment, and materials to achieve project goals.
  • Determine and procure necessary materials and equipment.
  • Prepare and submit reports on construction progress to site management.
  • Implement safety and health measures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training and successful completion of a Polier/Werkpolier training program.
  • Several years of experience in the field, preferably in the area of civil engineering and trenchless pipeline construction.
  • Valid driver's license (Class B).
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German.
