Key Responsibilities:- Assist and mentor elementary school students facing challenges in their academic and personal lives.
- Provide guidance and support to parents.
- Plan and implement various projects.
- Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other community organizations.
- Degree in Social Pedagogy, Social Work, Child Development, or a related field.
- Relevant professional experience.
- Experience in working with children or students at the elementary level.
- Expertise in counseling and supporting families and children.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Part-time permanent position (50%; 22.75 hours per school week).
