Job Description

We're seeking an exceptional full-stack software engineer to join our core team in Munich. As a key member, you'll be responsible for designing and developing our platform and connectors, contributing to open-source projects, and collaborating with our CTO to shape the engineering culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain our platform and connectors using Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript
  • Assist in technical design and architecture of our products
  • Contribute to open-source projects and engage with their communities
  • Design and develop automation workflows using Python and Prefect 2
  • Participate in testing and research sessions with our users
  • Support technical sales meetings and define the engineering culture at UniteLabs
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript
  • Proven experience as a full-stack software engineer
  • Based in or willing to relocate/commute to Munich
  • Legally permitted to work in Germany
  • Fluent in English
  • Relevant academic degree in software engineering or a related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS)
  • Proficiency with our tech stack (TypeScript, Vue 3, Nuxt 3, TailwindCSS)
  • German language skills
  • Previous roles in startups
  • Experience or interest in biotech, life science, chemistry, or related industry
