We are seeking a Software Engineering Team Manager to become part of our IT & Digital Competence center at various locations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and enhance our software applications in critical areas such as billing, master data management, discounts, returns, and refunds within our ERP system.
  • Guide our team towards agile software development methodologies as a Release Train Engineer.
  • Educate team members on agile practices and principles.
  • Engage with stakeholders, address challenges, and promote continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Demand Management and application architects to analyze requirements.
  • Stay informed about software development trends and demonstrate a willingness to learn new technologies.

Your Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in IT, either as a team leader or developer.
  • Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Coaching experience in an agile setting is a plus.
  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proficient in both German and English.
