We're seeking a highly skilled Cloud Operations and Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic European team in Munich.

Job Summary

As a Cloud Operations and Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational maintenance of our public cloud (AWS) and troubleshooting system stability issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and address technical challenges to ensure online business operations are secure, stable, and efficient.
  • Build and maintain infrastructure toolchains for operational maintenance, including secondary development.
  • Process security alerts and compliance audits for the cloud platform.
  • Collaborate with our international team to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of O&M experience.
  • Proficient in operating and managing AWS platforms, with hands-on experience with EC2, NLB, VPC, RDS, EMR, MSK, S3, and other public cloud products.
  • Familiarity with container technologies and big data technology stacks.
  • Mastery of Linux system principles and operations.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English and able to participate in technical discussions with teams at headquarters in China.
