For our Business Process Excellence (BPE) division, we are seeking a Process Engineering Expert (m/f/d) specializing in Warehouse Operations.

YOUR FUTURE ROLE:

  • Establishing and maintaining CEVA's operational benchmarks while coordinating with site leadership.
  • Evaluating material flow and production efficiency to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Measuring team performance in process execution.
  • Handling complex tasks related to design, assessment, problem-solving, analysis, and planning to support logistics functions.
  • Conducting analysis and planning for warehouse layout and reconfiguration to enhance profitability, performance, quality, and reliability while supporting operational objectives.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional and international teams to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Leading and executing improvement initiatives at all organizational levels.
  • Facilitating the growth of a BPE community within the sector to ensure active sharing of best practices and innovations.
  • Playing a crucial role in fostering cultural transformation by implementing data-driven decision-making.

THAT'S WHAT WE WANT:

  • A degree from a university or university of applied sciences, or equivalent training with a focus on logistics.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the logistics sector, ideally in contract logistics.
  • Expertise and hands-on experience in Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies (Kaizen, TPS).
  • Proficiency in drafting work instructions and quality documentation.
  • Familiarity with improvement techniques, engineering standards, time studies, and performance and planning tools, with a focus on innovation.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken German and English.
  • Strong analytical skills in logistics processes and data to derive relevant improvement strategies.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (development or programming skills and a general affinity for IT applications such as MS Access or Visual Basic are advantageous).
  • A high willingness to travel regularly within the country.
