Job Summary
Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our retail operations and drive sales growth. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales associates, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Monitor and control store operations, including inventory management, payroll, and administrative tasks
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions to improve store performance
- Collaborate with the district manager to achieve company goals and objectives
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, payroll, and administrative tasks
