About the Job

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Guest Host in Passau.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and lead personalized bike tours for our guests
  • Act as a local contact point for our guests in Passau
  • Provide bike rentals and adjustments as needed
  • Explain the bike route and hand over travel documents
  • Work schedule: approximately 10 hours per week, flexible hours between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM
Requirements
  • Enjoy working with people and have a passion for cycling
  • Excellent customer service skills, motivation, and reliability
  • Ability to problem-solve and make decisions
  • Proficient in German and English, additional languages a plus
  • Basic technical skills
  • Flexibility and punctuality
Benefits
