We are looking for a Senior Construction Project Coordinator (m/w/i) who will enhance our team with their knowledge and passion for construction projects and is eager to take on the following responsibilities:
- Client Representation: Act as the primary contact for clients, liaising with planners throughout all phases of the project as outlined in the relevant service phases.
- Project Management: Oversee the management of intricate special building projects to ensure adherence to project objectives, including budget responsibilities from planning through to construction.
- Internal Consultation and Support: Provide guidance and assistance to project stakeholders within the organization on technical construction matters.
- Professional Experience: Several years of experience across all service phases, particularly in stages related to renovation and new construction projects.
