We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our team at Jacobs Gruppe. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for planning and implementing Microsoft 365 projects, ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud infrastructure, and providing exceptional support to our users.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and implement Microsoft 365 projects, including the administration and continuous development of Microsoft 365 environments for our auto dealerships.
- Ensure the security and compliance of Microsoft 365 cloud services, including Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Microsoft Intune, and Entra ID.
- Develop and implement modular and customer-oriented solutions for digital workplaces and digital transformation.
- Manage external service providers and partners in your area of responsibility.
- Project and implement requirements within the scope of implementation projects, as well as create technical concepts.
- Be responsible for products and solutions in your area of responsibility.
- Ensure a trouble-free IT operation through 2nd and 3rd-level support.
- Occasionally take on planned call and working hours outside of working hours, as well as on weekends and holidays.
- Proven experience in the field of Microsoft 365.
- Good knowledge of client operating systems and Microsoft/Office 365 Apps for Enterprise.
- Good knowledge of Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance, Client Security, and PowerShell scripting.
- Basic knowledge of SharePoint technologies and data structures is an advantage.
- First experiences with IT and business service structures.
- Consistent service-, team- and customer-oriented thinking and acting, as well as excellent communication skills.
- High quality awareness and ITIL process experience (optional).
- Very good German and good English skills.
