Key Responsibilities:

• Elevated Facility and Asset Security Duties:
  • Management of vehicle, visitor, and access controls
  • Conducting patrol and closure rounds
  • Oversight and direction of suppliers and external service providers
• Patrol Operations:
  • Conducting patrols and monitoring rounds using a company vehicle (night shifts)
  • Foot patrols and closure inspections
  • Surveillance of security and signaling systems
• Public Transport Monitoring and Ticket Inspection:
  • Conducting ticket inspections
  • Preventing vandalism
  • Accompanying trains to ensure passenger safety and assistance
• Reception Duties:
  • Providing professional reception services, including visitor management
  • Controlling access rights
  • Monitoring security and signaling systems
• Additional Engaging Tasks

Qualifications to Join KÖTTER Services:

• Training or Further Education: Minimum IHK training as per §34a GewO or higher qualification
• Documentation: Current certificate of good conduct without entries (can be submitted later)
• Language Proficiency: German in both spoken and written forms
• Willingness to Work: Shifts (various shift models based on deployment)
• Soft Skills: Friendly, customer-oriented demeanor, well-groomed appearance, motivated, and team-oriented
• IT Skills: (desirable)
• Competencies: Knowledge of first aid and fire safety (desirable)
• Missing Qualifications: Can be supplemented through training
