Senior Project Manager

Job Summary:
Discover International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced R&D Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of research and development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the medical device industry and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Team Leadership: Foster collaboration and communication among internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to drive project progress and resolve issues effectively.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards and guidelines throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Quality Management: Implement and maintain quality management processes to ensure product safety, efficacy, and reliability.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project management processes, enhance efficiency, and support organizational goals.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the medical device industry, with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing R&D projects.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of medical device regulations and standards, including ISO 13485, FDA QSR, and EU MDR. Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams and drive project success.
- Language: Fluency in English and German languages.
