About the Role

Veeva Systems is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Partner to support our key pharma accounts in the DACH region. As a trusted advisor, you will drive value by positioning Veeva's Commercial Cloud, including software, data, and business consulting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Protect and expand Veeva's footprint through robust daily account management and a strong focus on operational excellence.
  • Manage client partnerships and accounts for Commercial with the goal of being a trusted long-term partner.
  • Develop and implement account vision, strategy, and ways of working.
  • Serve as an ambassador for customers within Veeva by focusing on their needs and doing the right thing for them.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles, articulate contextual value propositions, and negotiate key contracts and annual renewals of licenses.
  • Manage account administration and provide input for accurate forecasting.

Requirements

  • 8+ years combined experience across software sales/consulting.
  • Deep understanding of the Life Sciences industry and familiarity with digital transformation for Commercial within the sector.
  • Proven track record of cultivating multi-layered relationships across multiple functions, including business, IT, and procurement.
  • Organizational skills with the right amount of attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic with the required sense of urgency towards customers' needs.
  • Self-starter/Self-motivator with little need for direct supervision.
  • Based in Germany or Switzerland.
