Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator at AB InBev. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and cost-effective delivery of goods in a shift-based environment.

• Coordinate the distribution of goods to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Manage the allocation of tasks to drivers and vehicles, utilizing our modern tour planning system, Roadnet.
• Develop and implement efficient routes to minimize costs and maximize productivity.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and safety protocols.
• Provide direct supervision and guidance to drivers, promoting a culture of excellence and adherence to company values.
• Assist with the collection and processing of payroll data.
• Develop and implement vacation plans for team members.
• Respond to inquiries and concerns from team members in a timely and professional manner.

• Completed commercial education or equivalent experience in logistics or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
• Experience in the beverage industry is an asset, but not required.
