IT Project Management Intern

Eurex Clearing AG is a leading central counterparty (CCP) globally, ensuring the safety and integrity of markets while providing innovation in risk management, clearing technology, and client asset protection.
Your RoleAs an Intern in the Project Office team, you will focus on management and project content, including managing activities, dependencies, and issues, creating presentations based on inputs from the Project Manager, and coordinating interfaces to other PMOs and tracking project milestones.
Your Responsibilities- Support the development and drafting of information and decision documents (PowerPoint presentations)
- Support projects and various tasks for the Project Manager (PMO)
- Help with the review and quality assurance of financial reporting (using Excel)
- Manage the consolidation and tracking of issue lists
- Support the maintenance and follow-up on project and milestone plans, as well as administrative and organizational tasks
- You are enrolled in a state-recognized university as a regular student or have a Bachelor's/Master's degree that is not older than 6 months
- Ideally, you have gained first practical work experience through internships or part-time/student jobs, experiences abroad, and active social service engagements will be a benefit
- You have excellent analytical skills, a structured work organization, and confident handling of figures
- You are an organizational talent with communication capabilities and team orientation, with an independent work method, responsibility, and ownership
- You have very good experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
- You are fluent in written and spoken English, with German knowledge being an advantage
