As a Surgical Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to surgical patients. Your responsibilities will encompass assisting surgeons during procedures, operating specialized equipment, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the surgical unit.

• Provide direct patient care to surgical patients, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative support
• Assist surgeons with various procedures, adhering to strict safety protocols
• Operate and maintain surgical equipment, ensuring proper sterilization and functionality
• Collaborate effectively with the surgical team, including nurses, anesthesiologists, and technicians
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

• Completion of a 3-year healthcare training program with specialization in surgical services
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of surgical procedures
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
