Job Summary
Intive is seeking an experienced Information Security Officer to further develop global information security management. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the implementation of information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines to ensure the protection of Intive's information assets. You will also communicate security procedures and guidelines to relevant stakeholders, coordinate security incident handling, perform risk assessments, and identify, evaluate, and report on information security risks and practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and oversee the implementation of information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines to ensure the protection of Intive's information assets.
• Communicate security procedures and guidelines to relevant stakeholders, including periodic training and awareness campaigns.
• Coordinate security incident handling and perform risk assessments to identify potential security threats.
• Identify, evaluate, and report on information security risks and practices to the Security Leadership.
• Ensure that the security management program is in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual requirements.
• Collect business metrics to measure the effectiveness of the security management program and report them to the Security Leadership.
Requirements
• Degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a technology-related field.
• Knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001 or TISAX.
• Hands-on experience with the implementation and certification of information security management frameworks.
• Experience with security reviews and audits.
• Fluent German and English skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high level of personal integrity.
• Innovative thinking and supervisory and incident management skills.
