What will your responsibilities include?


• Providing daily support to end-users


• Assisting with desk-side support for both Windows and Linux systems


• Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows and Linux operating systems


• Ensuring the necessary security and compliance standards for servers and workstations


• Conducting basic hardware setup and maintenance


• Developing internal tools and scripts to enhance efficiency

What qualifications are necessary for success?


• Enrollment at a recognized German university


• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or Information Systems Engineering with at least one year of studies remaining


• Availability to work two or three days per week


• Practical experience with Windows (knowledge of Linux and macOS is a plus)


• Strong client-facing skills, service-oriented mindset, and a passion for assisting others


• Excellent troubleshooting abilities


• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently


• Quick learner with innovative thinking


• Proficient communication skills in English, both verbal and written
