• Providing support and guidance to new and existing clients within the branch area
• Independently strategizing and executing sales initiatives
• Drafting and structuring employment contracts, as well as implementing labor regulations
• Creating detailed candidate profiles
• Assessing personnel needs and effectively organizing employee deployment
• Collaborating closely with branch management, consultants, and recruitment teams

• Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification
• Strong negotiation skills and effective closing techniques
• Ability to discern customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Self-reliance, dependability, and adaptability
• Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional presence
• Valid Class B driver's license
