We are seeking a dedicated Master Mechanic to join our team at TruckHero HR GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the training and development of apprentices, creating repair estimates, and leading our workshop team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the KFZ-Service department
- Provide technical guidance to the workshop team
- Execute repair orders and inspections, with a focus on quality control
- Identify customer needs and create repair estimates
- Train and support apprentices in their development
- Ensure all services are handled in a timely and efficient manner
- Proficiency in B2 German language skills
- No prior experience required
- Master Mechanic certification
- B driving license
