About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Counsel to join our team at Puma SE. As a key member of our compliance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's sustainability initiatives are aligned with legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and communicate European sustainability-driven legislative projects to relevant departments and the Executive Board.
  • Provide legal advice on sustainability reporting and support the Sustainability Committee of the Supervisory Board.
  • Advise on compliance issues related to bribery/corruption, conflicts of interest, business partner, anti-money laundering, and sanctions law.
  • Commission, coordinate, and manage external legal advisors.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the ESG field.
Requirements
  • Fully qualified lawyer under German law (Volljurist*in).
  • About 4-6 years of professional experience in an international company or international law firm.
  • Relevant work experience in the field of ESG and compliance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent team player with a can-do attitude.
