**About the Role:**

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Hearing Specialist Assistant to join our team in Neuenrade. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through personalized hearing solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Conduct thorough hearing tests and provide tailored recommendations to customers
• Implement sales strategies and optimize processes to ensure a unique customer experience
• Support customers in maintaining their hearing systems, advising on accessories, and building long-term relationships
• Utilize customer data to initiate phone calls and organize local marketing initiatives (trade shows and health fairs)
• As a data administrator, maintain accurate customer information and ensure data is up-to-date
• Assist in scheduling, calendar management, and inventory control within the store

**Requirements:**

• Completed training as a Hearing Specialist Assistant (m/w/d)
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for sales and consultation
• Strong communication, persuasion, and empathy skills
• Enjoy working in a team environment and contributing to shared success
• Organizational talent and high flexibility, with a sense of responsibility
