As a System Administrator at Holisticon AG, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our diverse technological infrastructure. Your expertise extends beyond basic troubleshooting; you possess a deep understanding of technical solutions and are dedicated to providing first-level support across Windows, Linux, and Apple platforms.
Your ResponsibilitiesYou'll be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving both on-premise and cloud-based systems. This includes:
- Providing 1st-level support for Windows/MacOS/Linux users, addressing system control issues, Office365 applications, and hardware inquiries.
- Managing the procurement and warranty processing of hardware for new and departing employees.
- Administering our on-premise infrastructure, encompassing LAN, WLAN, Firewall, Switch, vSphere, Windows, Debian, Backup, and VoIP systems.
- Overseeing our cloud instances and connected services, including SSO, Office365, GIT, Docker, Ansible, Password Manager, EDR-Security, and SMIME.
- Contributing to technical documentation and asset management processes.
- Working within an ISO-27001 certified environment to ensure information security and data protection.
We're looking for a candidate with:
- A degree in Computer Science/Business Informatics, or equivalent training as an Application Developer/System Administrator.
- Proven practical experience applying theoretical knowledge in a professional setting.
- A genuine passion for technology and a proactive approach to continuous learning.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively within a diverse team of software developers, security specialists, data analysts, and agile professionals.
- Fluency in German and a good understanding of English.
