Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Program Manager to join our team at Bramwith Consulting. As a key member of our global operations team, you will be responsible for driving detailed workflows to various items while acting as a liaison between different functions, including engineering, operations, procurement, quality, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Utilize advanced project management expertise in the context of supply chain management for new product development, outsourcing, value analysis & value engineering, supplier resource management, significant expenditure projects, managing supplier crises, and integrating new suppliers.
  • Supply Chain Advocacy: Act as the Supply Chain advocate, identifying and enlisting support from various departments to ensure the timely completion of projects.
  • Communication and Conflict Resolution: Mediate between Operations, Quality, Engineering, and other departments for Supply Chain projects, fostering effective communication and resolving conflicts.
  • Global Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with major Supply Chain Management leaders worldwide in Procurement & Supplier Quality to ensure a seamless and thorough transition in supply chain management, including supplier selection, qualification, agreement formation, setting quality standards, and other necessary tasks for projects.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop strong communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed about the progress of the program, address urgent issues with both external and internal clients, propose solutions, and carry out necessary corrective measures.
  • Leadership and Problem-Solving: Show bravery and leadership in addressing program challenges head-on and working with key stakeholders to find effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of supply chain experience.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven experience with large-scale project management across various teams and functions.
  • Lean Tools: Knowledge and experience of lean tools.
  • Language: Fluent English and German is mandatory.
