Your Role:

  • Oversee and guide your team of skilled artisans in the designated regions.
  • Coordinate team schedules based on project demands, skills, and location.
  • Facilitate the efficient execution of craftsmanship tasks, including staff allocation, material supply, and client interactions.
  • Serve as the primary contact between our operations, clients, and your team throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Evaluate your team's performance based on efficiency and quality standards.
  • Assist your team in their daily responsibilities at various job sites.
