Your Role:

Oversee and guide your team of skilled artisans in the designated regions.
Coordinate team schedules based on project demands, skills, and location.
Facilitate the efficient execution of craftsmanship tasks, including staff allocation, material supply, and client interactions.
Serve as the primary contact between our operations, clients, and your team throughout the project lifecycle.
Evaluate your team's performance based on efficiency and quality standards.
Assist your team in their daily responsibilities at various job sites.

Qualifications:

Completed vocational training as a floor layer, interior designer, carpenter, or painter.
Valid Class B driver's license.
Experience in team leadership is an advantage.

Practical, hands-on approach to work.
