Facility Maintenance Technician

At SAUTER FM, you will serve as the main liaison for our clients, overseeing the management and operation of building technologies across various properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the reliable upkeep of electrical systems and execute necessary repairs.
- Perform inspections, functional assessments, and troubleshoot building technologies as required.
- Provide assistance and support to clients and tenants.
- Oversee the work of subcontractors.
- Document warranty concerns for prompt resolution.
- Participate in the on-call duty roster.
- Completed vocational training as an Electrician or in a related field.
- Experience in building technology is essential.
- Familiarity with HVAC or fire protection systems is advantageous.
- Possession of a valid driver's license (Class B).
- Demonstrated service orientation and ability to work independently.
