Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Build strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth
    • Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with new customers, and upselling and cross-selling our products.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets, working closely with our sales team to achieve our goals.
  • Product Knowledge and Expertise
    • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
    • Provide expert advice and guidance to our customers, helping them to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration
    • Work closely with our sales team, providing support and assistance as needed to achieve our sales goals.
    • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless execution of sales and customer service activities.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the building materials or home improvement industry.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
    • Strong product knowledge and expertise, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines.
