Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated IT Specialist in Operational Technology to enhance our digital infrastructure and ensure the secure operation of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and establish guidelines for the secure functioning of Operational Technology (OT) systems, adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Execute system configurations at the operational level, ensuring seamless integration with other functional areas.
  • Engage with stakeholders across various regions and manage relationships with service providers and partner organizations.
  • Perform thorough market analysis and contribute to the advancement of Industry 4.0 initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in IT, particularly in Production IT, Process Automation, or Cybersecurity.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute projects within these domains.
  • Familiarity with the implementation and assessment of IT systems in control technology and shop floor management.
  • Knowledge of Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and SCADA systems in a manufacturing context is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse audiences, with proficiency in English.
  • Practical approach with a commitment to maintaining organizational standards.
  • Willingness to undertake occasional travel to various facilities.
